Job Description

Assist inquiries and customer feedbacks via phone call, email or walk-in to property gallery.

Resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Effective communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.•Ability to work independently and a good team player with strong sense of self initiative with pro-active attitude.

Good co-ordination, interpersonal and stress management skills.

Able to prioritize, excellent in follow through and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office.
